Why the HOF game is the biggest of Zach Wilson’s career
Zach Wilson will start tonight vs the Browns in the first game of the NFL season
The NFL season is officially here, as the New York Jets will play the Cleveland Browns in the annual Hall of Fame game. Many legends of the game will officially be enshrined into Canton tonight and be immortalized as NFL Legends. While this game will be happy for many, one QB must perform well in tonight’s game, or it could be deadly for his future….
Zach Wilson has had one of the worst starts to an NFL career in a while. The former BYU standout has struggled to make ends meet and has been replaced by Aaron Rodgers as a result. While many may believe that this game doesn’t matter for Zach Wilson, they are wrong. This game is one of the biggest of his young career. If Wilson plays well tonight, he could earn the trust of his teammates and coaches back, along with ownership. New York took a big risk by drafting Wilson, and it hasn’t worked out yet. A great performance by the QB could bring some hope that he could be fixed. On the other hand, a bad performance could be catastrophic for Wilson and his career. More doubts would pop up, and the Jets would feel even worse about the selection. Most importantly, it would ruin Zach Wilson’s confidence and mentality even more,. as he has already been highly scrutinized for his play….

This HOF game tonight is one of the biggest of his career if he wants to start earning the trust of his franchise back, and getting the confidence he played with at BYU back….
