The Titans should AGGRESSIVELY pursue this free agent Offensive lineman!

NFL Free Agency is just around the corner, and the Titans will have a significant amount of money to shop with. Ran Carthon and the Titans boast approximately $78.6 million in cap space this offseason (Via Over the Cap). Though Carthon must be competent and calculated during the open free agency window, the 2nd year GM shouldn't be afraid to spend money and be aggressive. Here is one free-agent offensive lineman the Titans should heavily pursue next month.

Patriots OT Mike Onwenu has experience playing all over the offensive line, but most of his success has come at RT. The 26-year-old has quietly been one of the most underrated players in the NFL since he entered the league in 2020, as he has not given up more than three sacks in a single season of his career. The former Michigan Wolverine had a pass protection grade of 75.0 in 2023 and is also a formidable force in the run game. Though he is a tad undersized at 6'3 and isn't a freak athlete, Onwenu makes up for it with his immense power and durability, as he has never missed more than two games in a season. The former sixth-round pick's elite pass protection and massive frame would lock up the Titans' RT position for years to come!

Dillon Radunz played outstanding at RT to end the season, but Mike Onwenu is too good to pass on in free agency. His ability to dominate in the run-and-pass game would give Tennessee Pro Bowl-caliber play at the position. One player isn't going to fix the atrocious unit, but signing Onwenu in March should be the first step in retooling the offensive line in Nashville!

PROJECTED CONTRACT: 4 years, $60 million ($35 million GRT)
